The 160' camera draw is the longest in the region. Built from the ground up as a photo studio, not a converted warehouse. Located in the Detroit area photo district of Troy, Michigan.

Inside a 15,000 sq ft building, the 10,000 sq ft of studio space includes stages A and B for shooting cars and large sets, in addition to the 1,000 sq ft provided by stages C and D, for shooting tabletops and small sets.

40’ deep x 14’ high eggshell

Three overhead doors, two leading to stages A and B, one leading to the 1,000 sq ft car/scene prep area. Production office, kitchen accessible to stages A and B, dressing rooms, make-up and shower facilities.

Three overhead hoists, crows nest 26’ to floor, 1200 amps. Broad band connection.

Complete support services, extensive lighting and grip. Custom-built flying 10’ x 38’ light bank, 3’ x 40’ strip light, 6’ x 12’ light box, 16’ x 36’ flying flat, 14’ x 34' rolling/flying flats, 20 ft scaffoldings, 12 ft camera stands and more. Full-time stage manager.
